Hi,

I created a secret folder with own secret state (with workflow). I give that state to the folder. This state hide the folder content ahead 'members' and 'anonimus' (roles). I set available in the folder_workflow the 'view' and the 'access content information' (permissions) only for the manager and the owner. The problem would be the next. I have some documents in my secret folder which I want to share with the 'members' and the 'anonimus' users. I give 'published' state these documents in my secret folder. A 'member' or an 'anonimus' user can find these documents with the search tab or if I create a topic which contains every document which is avialable for the user, but they can not access to the content of these documents. I get a message that they have no right to access to the content....
I tired that to give the 'access content information' permission to the 'members' and the 'anonimus' in my secret folder (only that, the 'view' not), but in that case the 'members' and the 'anonimus' users can not access/enter into the folder which is containing my secret folder, but at least than the 'members' and 'anonimus' users can access to the document they find with the search tab or with the topic I talked about.....
PLESE SOMEBODY HELP.....!!! IT WOULD BE SO IMPORTANT ....!!!
