Editing the byline to show Last Modified by XXX

Hi,

I have been trying to edit the document byline to show "Last modified by [user] on [date]" The default byline is showing the creator which i find it not that useful.

Can someone please advise on the code to create my own custom byline?

This is quite urgent.

I know is that pt. However, I do not know how to change it such that it will show what I wanted.

You need to call the modification date. Take a look at the history templates for the code.
