What do I do if I get the [Errno 32] Broken pipe?
This has something todo with CMFPhoto and PIL.
The solution (as strange as it seems) is to shutdown Zope from the control panel and restart it from the command line.
./bin/runzope &
That seemed to clear it up.
It seems that the problem starts if you restart Zope from the ZMI control panel.
